"Mega Shard" iconMega Shards are one of the main resources you are going to need to grab in Pokemon Legends ZA. This resource is used like a currency, which will allow you to buy one of the game’s big features, mega Stones. You can also use them to purchase EXP Candies too, helping you to power level lower levelled Pokemons if you want to. As you can imagine, Mega Stones and these EXP Candies are expensive, so you will need to farm a lot of Mega Shards. So here’s how to farm Mega Shards in Pokemon Legends ZA.

Mega Shard Farm Locations

Below is a list of some of our favorite farms in the game. We have map marker links for each location so you can get an idea of where we want to go. We’ve thrown an image of the map too with a large cluster of Mega Shards you can arm while out and about in the world.

Here are some of the main cluster locations we have seen for Mega Shards on the Lumious City map. Image via Gamer Guides.

We also recommend spending some of your Colorful Screws at the builders trader. You can buy a "Pink Canari Plush" iconPink Canari Plush from Racine Construction. It increases the amount of Mega Shards you can get from destroying them. So, it greatly improves your farming efficiency too. Make sure to grab those "Colorful Screw" iconColorful Screws and trade them in as soon as you can.

  • Quartico Inc Streets: Walk dead ahead from the Quartico Inc to the Rogue District. Check the street on the right as you enter the area and you should see a row of buildings infested with it. Map Marker
  • Rogue District Shopping Center: Go to the Shopping Center rooftop next to the Prism Tower on the southeastern side of Wild Zone 3. There’s a good few spawns up there and they are easy enough to find. Map Marker
  • Magenta District: From Prism Tower, follow the main road to Magenta District. Along that main road are tonnes of Mega Shards on each of the rooftops. It’s a little clunky to path and find the ladders but you can get quite a few along this main road with some rooftop exploration via a quick elevator and climbing ladders and scaffolding. Map Marker
  • Vert District: From Hotel Z climb the ladder to the roof and follow the roof pathway along to get several clumps of Mega Shards along the various rooftop pathways. There’s also a big group to the left of Hotel Z on the ground level. Map Marker
  • Juane District: From Prism Tower, go up the main road northeast towards Juan District. There are several buildings and rooftop gardens around the northwest side of the Wild Zone 8. You can get a good few chunks from these buildings knitted closely together. Map Marker

Good luck with your Mega Shard farms in Pokemon Legends ZA and get your EXP and favorite mega stones for your upcoming battles.
