How to get Lucario and its Mega Evolution
Rogue Mega Slowbro Weaknesses and Mega Evolution Tips
Greninjite is the Mega Stone required to Mega Evolve
Greninja in Pokemon Legends ZA. Unlike most Mega Stones in the game, you can’t buy Greninjite from shops or find it lying around Lumiose City. The only way to get it is through Ranked Battles Season 1, which runs from October 16th. Here’s everything you need to know about getting Greninja’s Mega Stone.

How to get Greninja’s Mega Stone¶
Again, you need to do ranked mode to get the Greninjite which is Greninja’s Mega Stone.
You can do Ranked Mode after you complete the main story during the “
A New Life in Lumiose City” quest. You’ll also need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to participate, as Ranked Battles are online-only.
To access Ranked Battles, press X to open the menu, select “Link Play,” then choose “Ranked Battles.” You’ll be placed into four-player Battle Royale matches where you compete against other trainers worldwide.
Now you need to play and perform to a degree in online matches. Winning obviously is better, but it’s no big deal. Even if you come in 4th place every match, you still gain points, albeit at a slightly slower rate. Grabbing 5 first-place finishes can get you to Rank K in about an hour or so of play, so it’s not a big deal. Even if you consistently place 4th, you can reach Rank K in around 2 hours or so or play if you can stay balanced. It seems like Ranch K is fairly obtainable for most players.
You also get bonus points for Supper effective moves landed, Destroying Mega Evolutions, becoming the most active attacker, Mega Evolve your own Pokemon, defeat Pokemon, and for where you position. So as long as you do a few things, then you’re pretty much getting points to climb your Ranked Battles ranking.
In terms of ranked play, Rank K seems like the middle of the pack of players, so it’s not too hard or shouldn’t need too much time commitment. We do recommend getting some Pokemon to around level 30-40, and get at least one Pokemon you’re happy with a Mega Stone. When you get into a lobby everyone is pretty much scaled to level 50 so there wont be level imbalances. Get some extra TMs too as that can help broaden your movesets. Throw in some nature, berries, feathers and other boosts ready for Ranked and you’re likely in a good spot better prepared than most other players.
