Eevee, a fan favorite Pokémon returns in Legends Z-A. However, it doesn’t appear in any of the initial wild zones, so you may have trouble finding it.
Luckily, there are multiple places where Eevee can be found in Lumiose City.
Eevee Locations¶
Bleu Sector 7¶
Eevee at Bleu Sector 7
At the south-west corner of the city. East from the Bleu Pokémon Center, there’s some scaffolding you can climb up to reach the rooftops. When you arrive at the rooftops, you may find an Eevee there during the Day. As you climb the ladders, you should hear its telltale cry.
Vert Sector 9¶

Around the south side of the city, south-east from the Vernal Pokémon Center. Over here, there’s a canal and a small park with lots of 
Mega Shards scattered around. You may need to use a Fighting type move like 
Rock Smash to enter. During the Day, you may find an Eevee here.
North Boulevard¶
Eevee at North Boulevard.
This one is harder to access, so not as useful. But if you heard Eevee while walking around North Boulevard, it’s on the rooftop east from the Rouge Pokémon Center. To reach it, you need to use Roto-Glide to scale the scaffolding at Rouge Sector 8 to the south-east, then Roto-Glide to the roof where Eevee is.
How to Evolve Eevee¶
Eevee evolving into Sylveon.
After you’ve obtained your Eevee, it’s a good idea to evolve it ASAP.
