You will need to do this on a few different maps before you can reach a checkpoint flat level. After that, do it another one or two times, and you will eventually make your way into the BileWater’s Organ Exhaust area.
When you reach the Organ Exhaust, enter the building, and then get the bench from the left side double jump area. Now, you need to to go through the other vent areas and avoid the air obstacles and get yourself around.
When you’re done getting the flea, you now need to go further up the Exhaust with more air obstacles to dodge. Following up and going left will take you to an Organ room where you fill fight a boss called
Phantom.

Keep moving to avoid being hit and trade when she stops. Eventually, she’ll be defeated and you’ll get her new skill. Moreso, she will then be dead, and the Mists will fade away.
