As you get into the later stages of WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, you’ll need to start tracking down Radiant Red Feathers if you want to upgrade your weapons beyond +6, to a max of +9. You won’t start encountering these until you reach Chapter 3, however, so keep reading to learn all of the locations you can get a Radiant Red Feather.

All Radiant Red Feather Locations¶

The table below will show you where you can find Radiant Red Feathers in WUCHANG, not that many are dropped by red-eyed enemies and those enemies can only be fought once. On top of this, by returning the Gilded Axe to Wu Gang, you can purchase a total of 10 from him.

1	Refugee Camp: Take the ladder down near where White-Robed Elder was standing. This takes you to a forest where you’ll find Feathered Descendant - Duyu that drops one
2	Avian Marsh: Travel along the main pathway from the Avian marsh and continue following the pathway all the way to the enemy. If you have the shortcut, simply climb the ladder from the shrine to reach the enemy. From there, follow the path again, and walk across the tree branches where you’ll come across a white illuminated branch. Quickly walk up it and loot it the feather before it collapses
3	Avian Marsh: From the shrine walk forward, and turn left when a large opening appears after the poison basket human enemies. You should see a giant clam enemy and just beyond it is a path spiraling upwards. Follow that pathway, and it should eventually bring you towards a tree vine bridge. Continue onward, and it will take you to a ledge drop point. The Radiant Red Feather is by a corpse before that drop
4	Avian Marsh: Check if you have the ladder shortcut above the Avian Marsh shrine building first. If it is unlocked, then simply climb up and kill the mage by the tree ledge
5	Mt Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber: You’re supposed to get this by reaching the top level of the main tower in the temple and backing on yourself towards the towers on the other side. But, if you go right after finding the golden chest in the tower guarded by the Face-Changer enemy from the Antechamber pathway, you can cross the bridge to this tower, and turn right to get to the single roof. If you run up against the red pillar, you can see the pick up pop up and loot it through the fence
6	Mt. Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber: Defeat the elite enemy on the ground floor of the puzzle tower to get the Radiant Feather
7	Mt Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber: Proceed through the shortcut, turn right and follow the pathway that leads higher into the towers. From there, go up the stairs, and cross over into the the next puzzle tower. Use the lever, and then follow the path where the note tells you to drop down. The item is to the left, overlooking the tower’s inner area
8	Mt Zhenwu Temple - Antechamber: Head inside the large puzzle tower area, and make your way through via the path to the right near the shortcut and into the two towers. When you’re in the middle puzzle tower, proceed through creating pathways to climb the tower after the ledge drop. You should reach an elevator and part way down the elevator you should be able to walk onto some scaffolding. Follow it to get an item pickup containing the feather
9	Mt Zhenwu Temple - Altar Gate: Go towards the large blood red corruption pool area near the scaffolding below. Once there, Proceed down the pathway towards the lower end where the buildings are. Go down, enter the large building, watch for the guard, and then continue across the walkway towards the white walls and rooftops. Behind the white wall should be a spot you can drop off onto a ledge below. Drop down, then drop again onto the other ledge to get the item
10	Mt Zhenwu Temple - Altar Gate: Go through the gap in the boss room, and walk down back into nature. Go through the cave, and the follow it down and take the right where the ladders are. Continue following the pathway, dodge the boulder and the Blight casks, and climb the ladder. Keep going through, and you should come across a dead end, where a Maddened Ming soldier with Lightning spells can be found who drops the feather
11	Bai Mansion: Take the left path and enter the tunnel. It’s by the grave markers
12	Shu Sanctum (Chapter 4): At the top floor of Shu Sanctum boss room from Chapter 1. It is now occupied with an elite enemy, kill it for the feather
13	Palace (Chapter 4): From Shu Sanctum, make your way to the Palace area via the shortcut. When inside, go into the Lotus Pond and cross the gap to the main entrance in Chapter 1. From there, proceed down the stairs and you’ll see Ming soldiers battling two large creatures. The Radiant Feather drops from one of the large enemies
14	Palace (Chapter 4): From the Palace, go through the front gate area, and travel out of the castle. Follow the path down till you reach large red pools. It’s in the pool on the left
15 - 16	Narrow Stretch (Chapter 4): From Shu Sanctum, take the downward path and follow the steps down till you reach the Narrow Stretch. Head inside the cave where you first meet the Panda and the Storyteller to find two elite enemies inside, they’ll drop a Radiant Feather each
17	Shu Sanctum (Chapter 4): From the Shrine, go out of the main entrance and down the path. Keep going forward till you reach the forest area, which leads to Reverent Temple. Follow the pathways to the three way fork in the road and take the left path, down the hill towards the gate to Reverent tower, and turn right when the path allows you to. Go up the hill into the barn, and defeat the elite enemy inside to get the Feather
18	Underground Palace: Ignore the long ladder when you enter the area (at the end of the long wooden walkway), and drop down onto the wooden walkway below to the left instead. Follow the path around and descend the first ladder you find. Take a right at the bottom and drop down to the next platform, then climb the ladder on the right. The feather is on a table at the end of the walkway at the top, past a load of enemies (including a Feathered Hunter and Bo Divine Guard).
19	Depths of the Capital: From the Shrine, select the Turns Anew option at the riddle door next to the shrine. Proceed through the new area as normal, going up the white flower staircase. Kill the enemy along the stairs and she drops one
20	Capital Entrance: After unlocking the section below that leads the the base of the large white tree from Capital Entrance, you will need to walk through a white walled area. Follow the corruption pools around to the left, and the pick up should be along the edge
21	Capital Entrance: From the Shrine, go right instead of along the main pathway and follow the blood pools around, you should come across an area that has stairs leading upwards toward an enemy. The stairs are cut off with rubble and there’s a pickup here for a Radiant feather
22	Capital Entrance: Follow the main road up into the corruption pools, and get to the ledge above, following it around. From there, drop into the thin pathway and you should come across some skeletons walking around. Part way through that pathway is an optional feathery shrine to the right with the skeletons walking around. The item is at the end of that small area
23	Bo Capital: Take the elevator down after you climb all the way up the platforming area of Bo Capital. This elevator is guarded by an enemy. Part way down the elevator you can walk onto a platform where the skeleton mages cast spells at you. If you follow that along, the platforming takes you to a Radiant Feather
