A shrine found in Worships Rise.
Where to Find
This is an extremely easy to miss Shrine, as although you fight the final boss of Chapter 1 here (it’s located in the center of the Palace, where you drained the water), you’ll actually begin Chapter 2 back at 
Reverent Temple. There is never another reason to revisit this area and thus, if you hit Chapter 4, you’ll miss it forever.
