As you make your way through WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers you’ll run into an increasing amount of different characters that are all looking for help, one way or another. You’ll first meet Li Dango, and his partner, Sun Kewang, once you reach 
Hillswatch, and his questline is an important one that will reward you with a weapon needed for the Legendary Collector Achievement/Trophy. Keep reading to learn how to find him and complete his quest.
Li Dango and his partner, Sun Kewang, have a short quest that spans Chapters 2 and 3 of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

First Meeting - Hillswatch¶
Once you finish the events at the Tang Emperor’s Palace in Chapter 1, you’ll start the journey to Cloudspire, and the first stop on the path is Hillswatch, a village that is now in ruins. As you make your way to the very top, you’ll pass through a run-down temple, at the other side is a fire where you’ll meet Li Dango and Sun Kewang for the firs time. After speaking to Li Dango, he’ll hand you three 
Kong Wines and then move on.
Head to the back of the ruined temple at the top of Hillswatch to find Li Dango and Sun Kewang.
He’ll hand over some Kong Wine on your first meeting.
Second Meeting - Mt. Zhenwu Antechamber¶
Before you progress through the Zhenwu Temple part of Chapter 3, head to the 
Avian Marsh and proceed from the Shrine shortcut above. Continue walking the pathway onward towards the tree branch paths until it leads inside a broad, large tree, guarded by two enemies. You’ll find the 
Secret Letter on the right inside the tree.
With this in hand, proceed through Zhenwu Temple until you reach the Antechamber Shrine at the top of the main stairs to find Li Dango once again. Speak with him once and then, once he finishes, speak to him again and hand over the Secret Letter to have him move on again.
Make sure to grab the Secret Letter in the Avian Dwelling first.
Then speak to Li Dango twice at Antechamber and hand it over.
Third Meeting - Overlook Ferry¶
After you finish the battle at 
Altar Gate in Chapter 3, keep going through the cave instead of having the Storyteller whisk you off to Chapter 4 and you’ll pass through a cave and into Overlook Ferry. As you head further in here, you’ll see one of two things:

If you’ve followed Li Dango’s questline through properly, you’ll find him and Sun Kewang standing here, getting ready to move on for good. Speak with Li Dango, then refresh the area at the Shrine and return to where he was standing to find him gone, along with the
Serpent Fang, a new Longsword. -
If, however, you’ve not followed his questline through, you’ll still find Li Dango under the Overlook bridge, only he’s succumbed to the Feathering and will attack you on sight. Take him down and you’ll be able to loot the Serpent Fang from Li Dango, with an additional Lustrous Feather for your troubles.
