Praying Mantis Nymph Locations & Farming Tips
Cockroach Location and Uses
The
Wolf Spider is one of the strongest enemies you’ll encounter in Grounded 2. These creatures posses some of the most desirable parts in crafting, especially if you’re making a Rogue build. The damage, and armor set bonuses are truly incredible. So, here’s a closer look at where to find Wolf Spider locations in Grounded 2.

Wolf Spider Locations¶
As it stands, these are the only reliable Wolf Spider locations we’ve managed to find:
- Podium - Spawns around the Podium area which you can access towards the top. It can also patrol around along the border of
Grass Games and Snackbar. The Wolf Spider patrols around the main pathway to its north - Lamppost - There’s a spider den underneath the Lamppost. It can come out and patrol the area.
- Terrarium - Go southeast from the Terrarium in Ceremony. Along the border of Ceremony and Ice Cream Cart is a Wolf Spider that patrols that part of the tree.
- Spider Den: Pine Hill - There’s one around the Northern entrance to the Spider Den in the Pine Hill northern area.
Given there’s only four on the list, you’ll need to repeat farm these over the course of a few days. It feels like the Wolf Spiders respawn after roughly 2 days in game time.
Resistances and Weaknesses¶
When you fight these enemies, be advised they have a lot of HP. But, you can beat them easily with these tips.
- The creature is weak to Spicy.
- Feel free to farm some Spicy Shards or finish the Statue build and get the
Spicy Coaltana.

The Wolf Spider resists the following:
- Smashing
- Stabbing
- Fresh
- Venom
Though, if you have Tier 3 Items and Gear already, don’t worry too much about the resistances. Properly created builds can still deal some serious damage to the Wolf Spider. But, if you’re in Tier 2 items, then obey by the rules.
What to Craft with Wolf Spider Parts?¶
Players will want to farm Wold Spiders so they have enough Venom and Spider parts to craft these really good daggers. Image via Gamer Guides / Obsidian.
As mentioned, players will largely need the Wolf Spiders to craft the Rogue armor sets. The Wolfsbane
Daggers is easily one of the best weapons in the game, and the Wolf armor set really empowers the Dash Strike mechanic and Venom synergy with it. We recommend making the body last, as the Northern Scorpion Stinger chest piece will synergize with Venom for a while too.

The other stuff are the base building stuff. Other than that, there is not much else to build. This concludes the Wolf Spider guide in Grounded 2. This should help you learn the where to farm the Wolf Spider locations and what to craft with them.
