Death’s Door is one of the few Good Deeds that take place exclusively in the Vyssa Hills region in Hell is Us. While the instructions to solving this are fairly simple, there’s quite a few intertwined events that take place, making this Good Deed very easy to break. Here’s how to successfully complete the Death’s Door good deed and avoid failing it.

Death’s Door Walkthrough¶
To complete the Death’s Door Good Deed, you will need to do the following:
- From the APC in Vyssa Hills, you should walk towards the Timeloop you can see on the cliff edge near the mine entrance.
- On the east side of the Timeloop, you should find a snake body monument traveling on the left side, with a crease to its side.
- Go into the crease of the land, and you should find some luggage by the grass next to the lower part of the snake body.
- Loot the bag to get the Pill Bottle - Atenolol
- Now go to the Timeloop again, and go up the hill from it.
- You should now follow a winding thin path that takes you to a mine.
- By the side of the mine entrance, there are a few people here.
- Speak to the lad on the left side of the camp, called Diana Kos.
- Give this lady the medication you found by the side of the snake body monument. As it belongs to her.

With that handed in, you’ve completed the Walkthrough. We advise you do this as early as you can as there are ways to fail this quest and not get any rewards. We’ve attached the details in the spoiler box below.
We strongly recommend that you complete this as soon as you can, as there are two breakers for this quest.
The first is giving the Keys - ON Vehicle to the Atticus Caddel. Giving the keys allows him to drive the non damaged truck on the road, near to where you find Vitalis. He takes Diana and the boy with him back to his farm in Senedra Forest. This is for the Heart of Gold Good Deed, so it’s very easy to break this by doing the other.
The other breaker is finish act 1. If you only do the main storyline by completing the Lymbic Forge. Too much time will have passed and she sadly dies regardless of outcome.
Depending on the outcome, you can find her grave in either the Refugee Camp if you didn’t give the keys to Atticus, or she dies in Senedra at the farm if you managed to give the keys to her.

If you manage to do everything successfully, then you will find Diana fine in the refugee camp, or in the basement of Cadwell’s farm.
Also, you can get a reward for completing the Good Deed, after you solve the Watcher’s Nest puzzle in the Vyssa Hills main storyline. Complete the puzzle to unlock the Vigil Elder NPC, and he will offer rewards for all the Good Deeds you successfully complete.
I’ll be real, some of the early good deeds are hard to track whet you get. If you do a few before unlocking the Vigil Elder, you get all the rewards at once. You’re either getting a Glyph or a consumable, which is alright.
