The Conspiracy is one of the most complicated of the mysteries available in Hell is Us. Players will start this early on in Lake Cynon when they collect a note alongside another document. However, you will be able to progress this without world touring for clues in various levels through Act 2. That’s unless you don’t use a guide or ask for help solving it. The Conspiracy Walkthrough¶
The Conspiracy Mystery can be solved regardless if you have the clues or not. To do so, you need to do the following:
- Complete Act 1 and unlock new areas for Act 2.
- Go to Acasa Marshes and complete the Pathom Abbey missions.
- Work your way through the Abbey and learn of a book. This unlocks the Lethe - National Library map.
- Go to the Lethe National Library, and make your way up the stairs from the Delivery area.
- Follow the corridors around the upstairs and enter Computer Room D, the room mentioned in the first note you found in Lake Cynon.
- Open the terminal and enter the code: 731956

You will now be able to access the notes on the conspirators and what they know. There’s three files relating to infiltration, the conspiracy itself and the What Lies Below section. The idea talks about powerful leyline energies, a popular idea in conspiracy theory energy sources for the strange. It’s a nice blend to explain what the Lymbic Entities are and how the OMSIF know what they are and what they are doing within the game. There’s no traditional reward in that sense unless you’re into the lore.
If you want to do this the old fashioned way, you need to find the note clues across all major maps:
