How to Open the Organ Transport Box¶
To open the panel, examine the Organ Transport Box in your inventory. You then need to rotate it around and check the rear. Interact with the buttons in this specific order, which are as follows:
- Rotate switch from AUTO to HAND
- Move far right slider up to the middle
- Activate the number 5 switch
- Activate the number 2 switch
- Rotate switch from HAND to AUTO
If you mess up, make sure to reset it and try again.
If you have not yet got it, you need to use the Level 1 Access Card from the garage area, near to where the Kitchen is.
This information comes from the file you get by opening the Leatherbound Journal from the 2F East Wing Lead Researcher’s Room. This is an item you can get and carry when you open the original puzzle box for the Quartz puzzle machine. You’ll want to make sure you get the file location because of bonus points and trophy hunting for future playthroughs.
It should reveal the Artificial Organ you need. You can now place it inside the corpse inside the Operations Room. You will also need the other artificial organ, found near the East Wing staircase, as it will lead you to the Artificial Heart from Cold Storage. You will need to find the Wrench to enter where the spinning handle fell off. You can get the Wrench from the room with the save point near the garage, where you got the Organ Box from.
When you have both parts, you can now activate the body and grab the Level 2 Access Card. This concludes all you need to know about the Organ Box in Resident Evil Requiem.
