To progress through the Rhodes Hill Care Home as Grace, you will need to grab the Level Access Wristbands, which will allow you to travel through the map and find new places. You’ll need to do this to progress the main quest, and also get some valuable loot along the way. Here’s where to find all of the Level Access Wristbands in Resident Evil Requiem.
Level 1 Access Wristband¶
You first need to unlock and progress through the ground floor and East Wing of the Rhodes Hill. Then you can grab the Level 1 Access Wristband. Image via Gamer Guides / Capcom.
To get the Level 1 Access Wristband, you need to unlock the East Wing. You can grab the East Wing Keycard by acquiring the Ruby Crystal from the Chairman’s Office. It will require progressing through the West Wing as normal. We have a detailed guide on the West Wing and getting the East Wing Keycard if needed.
Once the East Wing is open, you then need to progress around the corner and discover the Operation Room. From there, take the corridor right, trick the light zombie, and then turn right down the hallway. There are a few zombies down there, so deal with them the best you can. If you turn right, you can get a shortcut back to the East Wing entrance. If you turn left instead, you can find a stairwell that takes you to the next floor.
The Level 1 Access Wristband is on a corpse. You will have to do something though before you can get it. No spoilers of course.
Level 2 Access Wristband¶

To get the Level 2 Wristband, you now need to work on the corpse you found in the Operation Room. To do this, you need to go back to the West Wing and open the Level 1 access door near the Kitchen door where you first encountered the Chef.
Before setting off, make sure you have the Unlocking the Organ Transport Box file. You can get it in the 2F East Wing Lead Researcher’s Room, found inside the Leatherbound Journal in the puzzle box. Inspect it and check the files for the information. You’ll need this later.
This should be open, but guarded by a zombie now.
Now that you’re there, you can optionally go up the stairs and get some loot and fight a few zombies. Or you can continue to the garage section. You will need to acquire the Organ Cooler Box from the cold van. Make sure you have a few spare pistol rounds, as you will need to kill a zombie after collecting the box. There’s also a room before the garage called the Custodian’s Office. There’s a save point and item box in there. You can also find a Wrench in a box in that room too. Make sure to get that, as you need this later.

Proceed out of the garage, and now you need to get the Artificial Heart from Cold Storage. You will need to find the Wrench to enter where the spinning handle fell off. Again, the zombie that dies there earlier as you explored will turn into a Blister Head, so be on your toes again. When you enter, make sure to have inventory space for the Artificial Heart.
With the item acquired, place the Artificial Heart on the body on the Operating table, and then open the Organ box using the instructions in the file.
The creature should now wake up. Kill it with spare rounds and you can loot the Level 2 Wristband from its corpse.
Level 3 Access Wristband¶

To get the Level 3 Access Wristband, you now need to proceed through to the Isolation Ward. This is where the big fenced-off area is where you had to drop three zombies between the Blood Lab area to the right of the Operation Room. Go down there and open the Isolation Ward area. You will find another manager’s room with a corpse on the desk with the Level 3 Access Wristband on his body. Take it, and you can now go and grab the girl where the Security Manager’s room is.
With that said, you can now progress and unlock all rooms in the Care Home for any exploration and quest needs. You need to go and visit the girl near Security in order to complete the missing quartz you need.
