After you take care of Ocelot’s group and recover some weaponry, you can finally move on with the story. However, before you do that, you will want to backtrack a bit to get some goodies from the Dremuchij areas. Once you progress through one or two more areas, you won’t be able to come back.
Dolinovodno¶
When you return to Dolinovodno, be careful, as there will be a guard right there. Knock him out, then head towards the bridge, being mindful of another potential enemy there. If he’s on your side, get him, too, but you can ignore him if he’s on the far side. While still on the northern side of the bridge, look on the rocky ledge to the east to find not only Keroten 8, but also GA-KO 8; they will be pretty much right next to each other. Now, cross the bridge, taking care of the enemy if you didn’t already, and exit to Dremuchij North.
Kerotan 8 is found on the ridge on the northern side of the bridge.
You won’t have to look far for GA-KO 8, as it will be pretty much right next to the Kerotan.
Dremuchij North¶
As you enter this area again, you will still find some guards stattioned, although only a few of them. One will be in the northwestern corner of the map, while the other guard will be by the crash site from when The Boss blew it up. However, you’re not passing through just like that, as you have some collectibles to gather. In the middle of the map, when you could take the fork, there’s a climbable tree. Go up the tree and out onto the branch, then look west onto the rocky hill nearby to spot Kerotan 9.

Once you shoot it, drop back down to the ground, and continue back to the crash site, knocking out the guard if you haven’t already done so. Note that if you didn’t get 
Snake A (King Cobra) earlier, you can find one in the tall grass just before reaching the crash site. On the side with the crash site, look on the northern end to spot a tree with some broken branches. On one of those branches is GA-KO 9, just sitting on it. That’s all for here, so continue onward to Dremuchij Swampland.
Dremuchij Swampland¶
Upon entering this area and reaching the swamp part, hang a right and go to the northwestern corner. Be mindful of the Gavials and look at the base of the trees in the corner of that little area to find Kerotan 10. Head to the island in the center, then to the southern side. From here, if you look on the eastern end, you should see a curved log. Perched on top of it will be GA-KO 10, so shoot it and then go back one more area to Dremuchij South.

Dremuchij South¶
Alright, this is the big reason we came back here. As soon as you enter, equip your Thermal Goggles and you should see something at the base of the tree right in front of you. This is C Med (Cold Medicine), so grab it and go south towards the fallen log you can crawl under. At the base of the tree just to the left of the fallen log is another plant, which yields a Splint. Crawl under the log and you should see an animal roaming this area. This is the Markhor and it’s too big to be captured like smaller animals.
Similar to the Gavials, put it to sleep and knife it (or just shoot it with a normal weapon), then pick up its meat. There should also be a European Rabbit near the ledge, so don’t forget to capture that, too. Don your Thermal Goggles again and look at the base of the tree almost directly south from the fallen log you crawled through to find a plant that yields a Styptic. To your east will be a Stun 
Grenade and normal Grenade, and a little further, before the hill going up, will be a plant that yields some Disinfectant.

Now, go to the southern ledge and look for a rocky spot to your south. Aim your gun and look for GA-KO 11 on that ledge there. On the western side, there are the logs that have some mushrooms on them. Look for the spot that you can climb over, leading to the little alcove over there. There is a Chaff Grenade on the ground, but look up on the ledge to the west to spot Kerotan 11. That’s about all you will find here, so it’s time to return all the way north now, back to Rassvet.
