If you wish to do everything in Metal Gear Solid Delta: 
Snake Eater, then you’re going to have to collect a bunch of stuff. Some of these items, like food and animals, will be beneficial to your mission, as they can be eaten to replenish your stamina. One of the items you can procure are fruits, which are usually hanging from trees. Shoot them down with your gun and you can then bag them, where you can eat them later. This page will detail the locations of every fruit in the game.
Fruit A - Yabloko Moloko¶

When you reach Dremuchij North, during the Virtuous Mission, you can find this fruit. Upon first getting here, you will find an enemy patrol in the initial section. After taking him out, head straight north to find a second guard. With him disposed of, there will be a tree straight ahead that will have a reddish-like fruit hanging from it. This is the Yabloko Moloko, so shoot it down to collect it.
You can also find a tree with some Yabloko Molokos on it right by the duck doll in Dremuchij North.
Fruit B - Russian False Mango¶

This is probably the first fruit you can find in the game, as it’s in the very first area during the Virtuous Mission. Once you retrieve your backpack, go to the tree you climbed and look up and to the left. You should notice some fruit hanging off of the tree there, so shoot it down to put it into your inventory.
Look up by the initial tree you climb at the start to find some Russian Mangos.
Fruit C - Golova¶

Your first chance to find the Golova is not far into the game, as it will be in Dremuchij Swampland, the second area from the very beginning. In this area, you will find swamp and a bunch of Gavial crocodiles. Make your way to the other side, making sure to not get attacked or sink too low in the swamp, where you’ll emerge on a path leading to the exit. Once on this path, when you approach the first tree, you should see some fruit hanging from it. This is the Golova, so collect it after shooting it down.
After exiting the swamp, look up at the tree in the little clearing to find some Golova fruits.
You can also find more in Dremuchij North, during the Virtuous Mission. In this area, you will first encounter enemies, so after taking out (or sneaking by) the first one, you will come to a fork in the path. Just before this fork, there will be some grass that has birds fly around if you’re too noisy. You will also see a tree right by this patch of grass. Look up at the tree to see some fruit hanging from it, which is the fruit.
