This is a guide for obtaining a 
Choice Band in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
What is a Choice Band?¶
Choice Band boosts Attack, but only allows one move to be used.
Choice Band is a recurring hold item that’s extremely popular among competitive players. It boosts the Pokémon’s Attack by 50%, but the Pokémon will be locked into the first move they use until they leave the field (eg. when they switch out).
It’s great for powerhouse Pokémon with a really high Attack stat to begin with, enabling them to one-shot more Pokémon. However, you must be careful when using it, because you’ll be stuck using the same move. Also, you cannot run status moves–well, you could, but it’d be terrible.

The Choice Band isn’t cheap, but it’s worth the price.
Obtaining a Choice Band is pretty simple. You need to visit the Mesagoza branch of Delibird Presents and buy it for the princely sum of 100,000 Poké Dollars.
