Wincestre Abilities (Book of Knowledge) Locations¶
There’s only one Book of Knowledge in Wincestre, which provides the Axe Blizzard ranged ability.
Wincestre Garrison - Axe Blizzard Ability¶
This book of knowledge can be acquired from the centre of the Wincestre Garrison. When you reach the central tower, go to its eastern or western side and shoot the lock on the door from either side. You can then enter and collect the book of knowledge which provides the Axe Blizzard ability.
