This quest begins immediately after Mistress of the Iron Wood. Before attending the great feast of Suttungr, Havi seeks a present for Gunlodr.

How to Find Thrym’s House¶

To begin, you’ll need to find Thrym’s house, which is located northwest of the Heart of the Wood. When you reach the area where the house once stood, defeat the enemies in the vicinity and then jump into the water from the crack in the ice. You’ll need to swim underwater westward, through the ruins of the house, until you reach an area where you can resurface. Climb out of the water here and break the ice to enter another chamber. You’ll need to dive into the water here and collect the key if you want to gain access to the treasure under the water, then continue under the hole in the ice through the water to the north. Break the ice into Thrym’s house, where you’ll find Thor’s bridal circlet. A worthy gift.

Once you pick up the gift the quest will complete, and you’ll be able to exit the ruins of the house through the door to the east.
