Explorators: +(rep level)% to armor and +(2 x Rep level) Tech-Use.
Kasballica: +(rep level)% to dodge and parry and +(2 x Rep level) to Commerce.
Fellowship: +(rep level)% to critical hit chance and +(2 x Rep level) to Coercion.
Imperial Navy: +(rep level)% to Cover Efficiency and +(2 x Rep level) to Persuasion.
