You can start this quest after getting the Eos vault up and running on Eos during the quest “A Better Beginning”. You’ll find another ingredient on Kadara, just fast travel to the Sulfur Springs Forward Station and from there head northwest to find some toxic springs. This is south of an outlaw camp, so be prepared to deal with them. When the coast is clear, search near a rock along the southern end of the toxic springs to find some Kadaran Hops. With these hops in hand return to the Vortex on the Nexus and hand them over to Anan T’Mari. This will finally complete this quest and earn you a whopping… 150 XP. Oh well.
