This page is a walkthrough for The Doomsday Heist Preparation Mission, ULP Intel. It’ll navigate you through the necessary steps to successfully acquiring the Duffel Bag.

Take out Agent ULPs kidnappers and recover information on where he’s being held.
Take out the Dealers / Steal the Duffel Bag¶
Once you’ve started up the mission, take any car and head to the four Target Markers and take down the Dealers. After you’ve dealt with the Dealers, travel over to the Apartment which is now marked on your map.
Upon arrival, make sure you have full health and max armor before entering the apartment. As you enter, take out a Combat MG and mow down the dealers inside, then collect the duffel bag from the bedroom. Finally, you’ll have a Global Signal sent out along with a lot of angry enemies coming after you, so make sure you have a fast car to race back to the Facility.
