Facing the Parking Tower Exit camp, turn right and head east. Go right again at the crashed bus and follow the road around to the left, towards Gate 02. Continue down the road, and you will find a Relic Robot on the left at the very end, by a shortcut gate. Destroy the robot to find two modules.

From the Fallen Overpass Camp, head down the ladder and climb up the pavement under the “SMITH’S” sign. Go left and climb the handholds on the wall. At the top, hop over the railing on the left and look for another “SMITH’S” sign. The upgrade module inside the door beneath it.

Detroy the Relic Robot to the right of the Sewer Exit, found after using both Floodgate Keys.

After pressing the button in the open room with the glass window (and the broken red panel outside), enter the previously-locked room opposite and look left. The module is on a medical trolley.

Found on a medical cart near the corpse just down the hallway from the passcode-locked door, in the corridor beyond the first Hive.

Found on rock by a girder on a collapsed tunnel at the north end of the flooded tunnel, past the submerged train and the chain link fence. There is a hole in the fence, underwater, that you can swim through.

Destroy the Relic Robot in front of the stacked crates to get the upgrade.

On the raised platform opposite the Closed Lobby Camp. Pull the movable crate and hop on top of it to reach the platform.

From the Reactor Chamber Camp, drop down the elevator shaft, then into the laser room. Turn around and look inside the elevator itself to find this module.
