The Mandragora can be found in Mount Gagazet Caves, as well as in the first section of Zanarkand. This can be an annoying enemy to face, as it likes to dish out status ailments. Its normal attack can inflict Poison, and when it’s low on health, it can use Ochu Dance. This attack can inflict Darkness, Confuse, Silence, and Slow, so you definitely don’t want that happening. Also, it will cast Earthquake on the party if it is targeted ten times in a battle. You can use about anything on this fiend, though, except for Water, as it absorbs that element; it is especially weak to Fire.
