The Mech Hunter can be found in the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth. It’s not any different than other Machina you have fought up to this point, meaning using the Steal command will literally one-shot this enemy. Also, being a Machina, it is weak to Thunder-based attacks. It only has a basic physical attack, although it is definitely strong.
