Belled Pinwheel
Description
A delicately crafted pinwheel. Two tiny bells adorn this stick with four paper vanes, chiming crisp and clear as the wind stirs them. “The pinwheel a-spin, the bells a-chime. She falls into a fleeting dream. The pinwheel a-stop, the bells a-sleep. She awakens lost from her fateful dream.”
Where to Find
At the end of He Youzai’s questline, he can be found by the lift at the bottom of the sloping path opposite the 
Capital Entrance shrine. He gives you the 
Belled Pinwheel.
