Beating the Shopkeeper in a shop south-west of the Coopers’ Gate fast travel point
Beating the Blacksmith (Journeyman) near the Tourney Grounds
Obtained when collecting a Skellige deck during the quest Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here!
