The 
Carian Regal Scepter scales primarily with Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. It is a good Weapon only for characters with the highest intelligence, commonly used by sorcerers or any other magic build.

- Obtained when unlocking the Remembrance of The Full Moon Queen’s power by handing it over to Enia at
Roundtable Hold.
Notable Info
- This weapon cannot be infused with Ashes of War nor enchanted with Magic.
- Carian Regal Scepter can be upgraded by using Somber Smithing Stones
Rennala’s Full Moon and 
Ranni’s Dark Moon are the only two full moon spells that will receive the passive boost.
