Description
A halberd once wielded by Beloth, the Darksworn. Bloodstain remains from the pitch-black day. It is said that Beloth could not let go of this spear even as he lost his throne in the south, and froze to death in the northern snowfields.

Located in a barred room at the end of the trap-filled Citadel of the Forgotten King.
This can be found by taking the stairs down in the north-center of Frostveiled Castle.
When you reach the barred door (where the 
Stone Worms are), simply light the lantern outside it to lower the bars.
