Description
This is the left half of the key once used by the Bo people to lock the Forbidden Lands. When united with its counterpart, it allows passage on a sacred pilgrimage In times of strife, the key symbolized unity and, through the 
Gate of Truth, bestowed wisdom upon the Avians.

Bo Capital: Found at one of the two mechanisms in Featherfall Marsh.
Where to Use
After also finding the 
Solbird Shard - Right, use them both where the two beams of light converge.
