Description
The journal of 
Snowfall Palace’s Mad Doctor details the gruesome process of assembling limbs to create their ‘bride.’ Snowfall Palace rose to power through the wealth gained from extracting and trading red mercury from their mines, which also fueled the Mad Doctor’s experiments. The secret technique, however, seems to have come from a long-lost notebook found in Snowfall Palace.
Where to Find
Shaft Entrance: As you work your way down, you’ll either find a room full of maid corpses and a locked door, or the 
Advanced Feathered Mad Doctor, depending on your choices. The notes are on a table in the room.
Where to Use
Give to Xuanyangzi or He Youzai.
