Description
The formidable Commander of the Imperial Guards, and the final boss of the Worship’s Rise area.
Where to Find
Palace Hill: Commander Honglan can be found in the center of the Tang Emperor’s Palace after using the 
Buddha Statue to drain the water.
Guide
