The Gerudo Canyon Crystal
Description
To find 
Rakakudaj Shrine, head to the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower and look to the east to locate a river. The shrine will be along that river, with the crystal for the quest found to the south of the river, in the open area. It’ll be behind some rocks and debris, and you can use the Big Wheels nearby to make a vehicle to transport it.

The crystal is located further south. You can ride the off-roader with the Big Wheels nearby.
Remember that you can glue crystals to things!
