Description

Although Ive asked you to retrieve various lost items, none of them belong to me—and therein lies the problem.

This story goes back to when I was chasing after Volt.

The rascal was running around causing trouble and, in his mischief, bit into a package that My Lord had carefully hidden to gift the mademoiselles. He did it on impulse, and once he realized someone was chasing him, he instinctively started running and causing a ruckus.

He ended up bolting straight to the surface, and, in trying to catch him, I got caught up in the mess.

I managed to grab Volt and snatch the package back, thinking it was all over, but…no such luck.

So, about that third robot, my mademoiselle. Volt caught a scent of something near the ruins past the remnants of a tunnel north of the desert. If you find something that looks like a parasol, be sure to carefully bring it back to me. Im counting on you.

Synopsis

At Scarlet’s request, I tracked down the drone that had stolen the item. There were some issues, but I successfully recovered Dorothy’s Parasol.

The color and quality of the product gave the impression it was a luxury item. I figured it was meant to make the user feel as if they were somehow more valuable.

However, the explanation that it was a sun-protection device didn’t make sense to me. It made me realize that someone might look at my Bloodedge, gear, or exospine, hear their purpose explained, and still not fully understand what they do.
