The 
Salmon is a fish from the Salmonidae family. It is famous for its meaty texture and good taste, and thus is popular as an ingredient, often smoked or grilled. As is typical for migratory fish, it is born in rivers and lives in the sea. During breeding season, it goes back up the river and lays eggs upstream. Salmon grow up to 70cm while in the sea.
