Information
When the Colony Extinction occurred on Earth, the Hyper Drives mounted on each Colony Module exploded, emitting massive electromagnetic pulses. Electronics and devices that weren’t adequately shielded were instantly turned into scrap metal. Gear modules weren’t exempt from this either, so you’d be lucky to find a module that wasn’t just another piece of metal.
