Bigger and stronger. Humanity came to devise monstrous energy sources for data centers, ships, spaceships, and weapons. We can leave it to your imagination as to what kind of catastrophe would have occurred when a 
Hyper Cell got caught up in the Colony Extinction and crashed to the ground. Now, finding a Hyper Cell somewhere in the Wasteland would be a miracle; not just because it’s extraordinarily unlikely, but also because it could supply energy to an entire city.
