Lagiacrus

Description

This Leviathan sits atop the aquatic food chain. Electricity
generated by its scales is stored in dorsal organs to later
be released in a discharge that can electrify the very ocean.

Although Lagiacrus are mostly found in the sea, they breathe with
lungs like other land creatures. However, their great lung capacity
allows them to remain submerged for up to half a day.

It can contract the muscles on the surface of its body to activate
electricity-generating cells. Quantities of electricity that rival
even a lightning bolt are then stored within its shockspikes.
