Astalos

Description

Special internal organs allow this Flying Wyvern to generate high-
voltage electricity. By shaking its crest, wings, or tail, it can
charge that body part with stored electricity for an attack.

Astalos shells, or “boltscales,” function as catalysts and protect
organs that generate excess electrical current. Their unique
composition makes these shells an electrifying topic of research.

Defined by its violent disposition, this monster will remove
intruders from its territory by any means necessary. It is said
to have fiercely competed with Rathalos before becoming endangered.
