Description
In Kingdom Come: Deliverance II you can visit a trader to buy new items. Among their inventory you’ll find a hugely varied selection of items. The price of goods and the items they have in stock, including unique items, can vary from trader to trader, so it’s worth visiting each one you find. 
Merchant Haim can be found at the Nomad Camp in Trosky.
