Pristine Core

Defeat the enemies in this little hidden room. One of them will drop the core.

Purchase all items from Twelfth Architect, then leave. It’s not 100% clear what triggers the Pristine Core to spawn, but return later, and if it isn’t there, leave and pursue something else for a while, then come back. Eventually, you should find it resting on the ground.
