Dittany Leaves are one of the two items used in making a Wiggenweld Potion. Dittany Leaves are only used in making the Wiggenweld Potion. The plant is often identified by their thin green stalks shooting upwards, with purple flowers at the end of them.

How to get Dittany Leaves in Hogwarts Legacy

Dittany Leaves are commonly found out in the world. Players may find them in the outdoor world, alongside some potted plant areas, such as in the library Annex area where the Herbology and Potions classes are.

During the Garlick class tutorial main mission, players can get their hands on Dittany Seeds for free as part of the tutorial. You can then grow Dittany Leaves easily in any potted plant area of the game. You can grow them in the Herbology class using the Potting table in the area, or your own planting areas in the Room of Requirement. Growing Dittany Leaves requires a small pot, but are also plantable in Medium and Large Pots as well. They typically take ten minutes to grow, and always yield 5 Dittany Leaves after harvest.

If you need more guaranteed, but limited stocks, then you can occasionally find the Magic Neep in Hogsmeade sells them for a small fee.

Fluxweed Stems are used in the Focus Potion. This is an ingredient you will use when brewing potions. You can brew potions at Potion Stations, which are located in Professor Sharps Classroom in the Hogwarts Library district.

How to Get Fluxweed Stems in Hogwarts Legacy

There are three ways you can get Fluxweed Stems in Hogwarts Legacy.

1. Planting Seeds
2. Buying Them
3. Harvesting Them

Players can purchase both the Fluxweed Seeds, and Fluxweed Stems from the Magic Neep in Hogsmeade. The store is located to the northwest side of the town, across the small stone bridge that goes over the flowing water.

Purchasing the Seeds will allow you to grow Fluxweed Stems in Large Pots. Large Pots are available in the Room of Requirement, and can be purchased from the Tomes store in Hogsmaede. Once the seeds are finished growing, you can then collect them from the pot and regrow them. On the other hand, the actual flowers themselves are limited in quantity. You can only buy a set amount at any given time.

The other method of getting Fluxweed Stems in Hogwarts legacy is via finding them. The overworld has plenty of wild flowers growing, where you can find plants to picks and things to mine. There’s chances you may come across these flowers on your travels throughout the game.

So, the most reliable method of acquiring these plants is by unlocking the Room of Requirement, getting a large pot, and constantly harvesting the flowers you need to keep your inventory and potion making well prepared.
