This is one of three hidden Shrines in the Iki Island Expansion for Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut. These Shrines focus on solving a hidden riddle to obtain an armor skin based on other PlayStation titles with the Shrine in Shadow one being a Shadow of the Colossus skin.
The Shadow of the Colossus Armor can be found at the Shrine in Shadow.
How to find the Shadow of the Colossus Armor¶
There are three Shrines on Iki Island that are well hidden and feature a riddle that you must solve, this particular Shrine focuses on obtaining the Shadow of the Colossus Armor. Before you set off to locate this Shrine, ensure that you have the Ghost Armor, obtained by completing the From the Darkness Main Tale in Act II, while also making sure you have at least one Smoke Bomb. With that in hand, travel to Buddha’s Footprints on the south of Iki Island and make your way south where you’ll find this Shrine. Head on over to it and you’ll find a riddle that says the follow:
Stone knows no season,
nor the colossus that was
felled to save one soul.
Wanderer, come like through mist,
a ghost casting no shadow.
Head to the south of the island to locate the Shrine
then equip the Ghost Armor and use a Smoke Bomb to solve the riddle.
You’ll need to solve this riddle if you with to obtain the Shadow of the Colossus armor skin. In order to solve this, you’ll need to equip the Ghost Armor mentioned above and then, facing the Shrine, use a Smoke Bomb. This will trigger a scene in which you’ll obtain the Mask of the Colossus and the Armor of the Colossus.
