Sacred seal made from Gravel Stone thought to be an ancient dragon scale. Enhances Dragon Cult incantations of the Royal Capital. The worship of the ancient dragons does not conflict with beliefi the Erdtree. After all, this seal, and lighting itself, are both imbue with gold.

- Found after killing a knight in the area west of the west capital rampart site of grace, in the Capital City.
