Ash of War: Barbaric Roar grants the Heavy affinity (increases Strength scaling, reduces Dex and base damage) to a weapon when this Ash of War is attached. It also allows for the use of the Skill: Barbaric Roar when the weapon is equipped.

This Ash of War grants an armament the Heavy affinity and the following skill:
“Barbaric Roar: Let loose a bestial roar to rally the spirit and increase attack power. While active, strong attacks change to savage combo attacks.”
Usable on melee armaments (daggers, thrusting swords, and whips excepted).

- Found as a drop from a Teardrop Scarab in Ravine-Veiled Village, in the very far northeast of Liurnia of the Lakes, near (but not accessible from) the Grand Lift of Dectus.
