Head northwest from the 
Main Gate Plaza site of grace. Follow the path until you go up some wooden stairs.
On your way up, enter the room to the southeast, defeat the enemies, and enter the side room with the 
Black Knight. The weapon will be on the corpse to the right of the Knight.
