Act III - Downtown Heliodor, Bev to the east of town

Return to Downtown Heliodor during Act III and head to the east of town to find Mistress Bev. Upon speaking to her you learn that she’s looking for some divine dew. Zoom to the First Forest Summit Camp and head north into the water there to find the golden Sparkly Spot containing the dew. Return to Bev and hand it over to complete the quest and obtain a very useful Pep Pop.
