Description
An Elite Banshee type enemy that is Campaign-only and is the mini boss of the 
Foul Undercrypts. It is Lightning, Shadow and Cold Enchanted and has the Teleporter affix. Its magic is powerful but it is very vulnerable to melee attacks and doesn’t have very high HP.
