Drowned - Diablo IV Database

An Elite Wretch enemy found during the Hope’s Light Stronghold quest. He often comes with multiple mods such as Mortar, Multishot and Waller, making it very difficult to engage.

An Elite Drowned enemy, found during the Hope’s Light Stronghold quest. It inflicts shadow damage and often comes with Frozen spells.

An Elite First Mate Drowned enemy, found during the Hope’s Light Stronghold quest. It is usually Cold-Enchanted and cast Tempest spells.

Hooded undead pirates who carry large fishing hooks as a weapon. They roam the shores of Hawezar looking for victims.

Undead sailors come to life on the shores of Hawezar. They are small, hunched enemies who appear with packs of other Drowned.

Vilebloods are of the Drowner family-type. They tend to throw projectiles at their targets, and often come in large packs.

Master-at-Arms are of the Drowner family-type. These lumbering brutish humanoids pack a hefty punch when they swing their large trunks of a weapon.

The Grifter

A special, Cold-Enchanted Drowned that appears as part of the A Debt Repaid side quest in Hawezar. He can be found along the shoreline of Exiles’ Heap.

Frozen

A giant, two-handed club wielding Drowned native to the swamps of Hawezar. He sounds the bells to summon the other Drowned nearby but can withstand an enormous amount of punishment himself.
