Battle Loot
This weapon will only appear in Battle Loot if you don’t already have it, or if your version is a lower level than the enemy’s. Enemy levels are hidden and vary by location.

Medalum is arguably 
Maelle’s best weapon, but it can be difficult to find. You can only get this weapon by winning the tournament at Gestral Village in Act I as Maelle or by defeating Golgra in a duel, which is no easy task.
Medalum starts you out in Virtuouse stance, allowing you to add extra damage to your first strike. With the right build, you’ll be one-shotting most non-boss enemies before long, and it may well be the first time you see the damage cap of 9,999.
