It’s no secret that MW3 is essentially a DLC of MW2, and the new multiplayer for the game is bringing over the mast majority of systems and weapons from MW2. Every single weapon in MW2 is getting attention, with some tweaks to weapon attachment unlocks, the removal of weapon tuning, and the addition of Tac-Stance.
However, for those looking for that fresh CoD experience, there are many new weapons in MW3. You’ll be able to restart the yearly grind with a small handful of weapons to try and test designed explicitly for MW3 features in mind. In this guide, you’ll find a MW3 Weapon List detailing all the items you can expect to begin a new grind on.
