All Paladins and Sigil Locations
All Aecides' Domain Templar of the Sacred Steel Locations
When exploring the world of Blades of Fire, you will encounter sorrowful, weeping statues of
Queen Nerea. There are 13 in total, and each one requires two
Nerea’s Tears, also known as Blue Gems. Upon placing the Tears into the eye sockets of the statue, you’ll be rewarded with a
Fragmented Tablet, which is needed for the true ending. Five of these tears are obtained by finding the missing Paladins of Aurora and their Sigil, while the others come from Sacred Steel Templars. Read on to find out where to find every Nerea’s Statue.
Nerea’s Statues are scattered throughout your journey, and you’ll need to place blue gems in their eye sockets if you want the true ending.

Aecides’ Domain Nerea’s Statues¶
There are five Nerea’s Statues to find in the first region, some of which you will have to return later to get.
The Hollow Plain Nerea’s Statue Location¶
The first Nerea’s Statue you can find is located in
The Hollow Plain, south of
Besacarr Hamlet. You will come here for the story, so wait until then before you go for the statue. When you reach The Hollow Plain, make your way down to the south of the area to find the Kar-Lethel Wall Forge. It’s only a small area, so it won’t take you long. From the Forge, go through the large gate to the south and head east.
Eventually, you’ll reach a gap between the mountains with a slope leading up into a cave. Go inside the cave, and when you reach the intersection, go right and climb the rope. On the upper floor, go around the corner into the open room with the
Greenish Putrids, defeat them, and go through the tunnel opposite you. This path leads outside, where you’ll encounter a few
Athanatoi Marauders. Defeat them and walk further ahead to find the Neara’s Statue. Note that if you have access to the Coastal Watchtower Anvil, you can get here slightly quicker.
Ancient Garden Nerea’s Statue Location¶
You will need a weapon with the Time Rune to access the area with the statue, so make sure you have one before you come for it. Teleport to either the Ancient Garden Balcony or Throne Room Anvils in
The Crimson Fort, and exit the fort via the bridge to the northwest. Go across the bridge and follow the path around to your right. Now, go northwest around the pergola and follow the path around the rocks to find the Time Rune gate. Pass through the gate, follow the stream north, and then go through the hole in the fence to your east. The Nerea’s Statue will be at the top of the slope. Note that if you have the Doyen Graves Vantage Anvil, you can simply head south and then west to find the Time Gate.
(1 of 4) Head left around the pergola and continue forward around the mountain before going right.
The Crimson Fortress: Library Tower Nerea’s Statue Location¶
This statue can be found near the top of the Library Tower in The Crimson Fort, which is in the southwest of the fort. From the Library Tower Anvil, enter the tower and take the stairs up to your right. On the second floor, go into the first small room to your left to find a ladder hidden behind a desk and books. Take the ladder to the third floor, and go around the room clockwise until you reach the third small room on your left. Once again, you’ll find another ladder hidden by stacks of books.
Go up to the fourth floor and follow the path to find another ladder leading to the fifth floor. On the fifth floor, take the stairs up to the sixth floor, continue up to the seventh floor, and then immediately go up the ladder to your right to find the Nerea’s Statue. Note that if you keep heading up (rope and ladder), you’ll find one of the Paladins on top of the roof.
The Iron Castle: Sealed Dungeons Nerea’s Statue Location¶
You will need the Light Rune to access this area, so make sure you have a weapon with it before coming to this statue. We recommend you get this statue after completing the
Iron Castle, just so you have all the shortcuts unlocked. Anyway, teleport to The Iron Castle Entrance Anvil, and go through the main gate. When you reach the courtyard, go through the archways to your east, and then go through the corridor to the north to the circular room.
Go right from the Anvil.
And enter the building.
At the back of the room, you’ll find a gap to squeeze through. Do so and then climb down the rope to the lower floor. To your right, you’ll find a wall with the Light Rune etched upon it. Equip a Light Rune imbued weapon and hold it to the wall to make an entrance to the Sealed Dungeons, with an Anvil right in front of you.
Inside, go through the northern corridor.
And you’ll find a gap to squeeze through at the back.
From the Anvil, go down the stairs to your left to find the statue behind a locked gate. To open this, you’ll need the
Ancient Key, which can be found by defeating a Sacred Templar in the same area. The Templar is outside, left of the Anvil, but this will be locked and used as a shortcut later.
Take the rope down.
And use the Light Rune against the wall to find the Sealed Dungeons.
Unfortunately, make your way through the Sealed Dungeons until you reach the room with the two
Trolls. This means going through the
Rotspawn room, up the stairs, and into the room to the right, where you’ll find another Rotspawn. Defeat it and the spawner to the left, and then check on the floor against the northern wall for a hole you can drop down. Go through the gap to your southwest, and you’ll find out why this area is called the Troll Room.
Defeat the Trolls (they won’t respawn) and go up the stairs in the southeast corner. Interact with the lever to raise the gate and go through. At the end of the path, you’ll find another gap to squeeze through, a chest, and an exit to the outside. The Templar can be found down the slope to your right, but walk forward first and use the lever to create a shortcut first.
The statue is locked behind a gate, down the stairs to the left of the Anvil.
Defeat the Sacred Templar outside by going through the dungeons to get the key.
Kar-Lethel Swamp: Forgers Sanctum Nerea’s Statue Location¶
Although you went to
Kar-Lethel Swamp earlier, you won’t have access to the Light Rune until now, which is why it’s here. You can get this one anytime after you get the Light Rune, so you could get it before the Iron Castle one if you want. Reaching this statue is a pain and involves solving a tricky puzzle involving a blue flame, which is why we created a separate guide for it. Here is where you can find the Forgers Sanctum Flame Puzzle Guide.
Tok’s Kingdom Nerea’s Statues¶
There are a few Nerea’s Statues to find in Tok’s Kingdom, but we recommend progressing the story while you look for them as a lot of places are story-gated.
The City of Curved Stones Nerea’s Statue Location¶
If you’ve progressed the story like we recommended, you should have the shortcut we’ll tell you to use as well as a Rogg’s Skull. If you don’t have a Rogg’s Skull, go to any zipline, where you’re at the bottom of it, and a group of
Roggs will slide down, with one of them having the Skull. Teleport to Aran and Adso’s Camp Anvil and follow the path west. Take the left path around the open area, defeat the enemies there, and take the shortcut ladder up.
From the first Anvil, go forward, defeat the enemies, and take the shortcut up.
Exit the other side, go up the slope, and climb up the tower.
Go through the cave and up the following ladder before exiting the tower via the northeast where you’ll find a soldier outside it. Follow the path up the slopes to find another tower with a ladder taking you into the tower. Go onto the balcony to the south, turn around, and look for a rope against the right wall, which will take you to the top of the tower.
At the top, you’ll find a zipline behind some Templars (need crow), and if you have a Rogg’s Skull, you’ll be able to use it. This will take you across the Serpents Amphitheater and put you above the Anvil. Inside the building is where you’ll find the statue along with a couple of material chests. Note that Rogg’s Skulls are obtained by defeating a Rogg with the key icon above its head. These are generally found at the bottom of any zipline.
The Roggs Mountain Nerea’s Statue Location¶
You will need the Light Rune equipped on a weapon to access this area. If you’ve been here before, teleport to the Morlock’s Abyss Anvil and take the northeast path into the next room to find the statue. If you haven’t, teleport to The Forgotten Rift Anvil (northwest corner of the southeast island), go under the gap, and follow the path south/southeast until you reach an elevator. Take it up and about halfway up walk of it through the hole in the mountain.
Drop of the elevator into the hole in the mountain.
Go right across the bridges.
Exit the other side and take a right across the bridges and eventually, you’ll reach a gap that requires the Light Rune to pass. Equip the weapon with the Rune and shine the light to unveil a Light Bridge. Take it over and continue southeast until you reach a zipline, take it down, follow the path northeast, and go across the small bridge into the cave, which is where you’ll find the statue.
However…the statue is submerged by water, and you’ll need to drain it first before you can access it. We’re not entirely sure what causes the water to drain, but after progressing through the story, the water disappeared. We don’t know if this is related to the story or if we did something else to drain it. We will update this if/when we find out.
Southern Hiss Nerea’s Statue Location¶
You won’t be able to get to this statue until much later on, as you’ll need a
Golden Bell to access the Golden Pilgrim area, which you won’t get this until you reach the
King’s Bastion in the third region. The statue itself is on the balcony above the arena, but the path leading to it is through the Golden Pilgrim door. Use the Time Rune on the platform and step onto it to have both the green and blue teleporters hit you at the same time. This will take you to the statue.
You can find the statue by going through the Silver Pilgrim area.
You’ll eventually find it on the balcony.
Winter’s Wall Nerea’s Statue Location¶
Winter’s Wall is the first place you’ll visit in Chapter 3. The Nerea statue is located in the northeast corner of the map, however, you will the the
Bronze Bell to access the location. The Bronze Bell can be found in the
Dryads Forest West, west of the bridge. Once you have the bell, you will want to go west from the Aran and Adso’s Camp Anvil and take the path southeast at the intersection.
From there, keep heading south/east, dropping to the floor below until you reach the coast. Now, follow the coast to the north, past the Templars, and you’ll find a gap in the wall. Through the gap is some Queen’s Soldiers and the Bronze Pilgrim Door. This path will take you to the statue.
That’s it for Nerea’s Statues. You’ll need to complete all these to get the true ending, as you’ll need all 13 Tablet Fragments.
